Firebrand Partners is an activist investment firm that acquires strategic positions in publicly traded small-cap consumer companies. Firebrand seeks investments in situations where:
- A company has underlying brand equity representing significant upside relative to the firm’s current enterprise value (i.e., a strong brand with a low market cap); and
- Firebrand’s domain expertise and shareholder position can serve as the catalyst for unlocking value.
